Dania/Hollywood Launches Dania Beach Launch

The Dania Beach and Hollywood Beach launches are reserved for advanced riders who can stay upwind. No beginners, please. Respect any rules dictated by local riders. Find out more about these launches here.

Both launches offer very challenging ocean conditions with deep water, breaking waves and often crowded beaches. Dania Beach has a pier on the south side of the beach. Hollywood Beach (Meade St) is a narrow beach monitored by lifeguards. Hollywood Beach is closed to kiteboarders on weekends.

Launches work best on North to East to South wind directions . Never kiteboard here in Westerly offshore winds.

Both beaches are within walking or biking distance of our Affordable Luxury Accomodations and less than 5 minutes to Ft. Lauderdale International Airport.
